PLANT SALE
Bonus fundraising opportunity: Our After School Program kids and volunteers will be potting baby Airplane Plant/Spider Plants (Chlorophytum comosum) from our big momma plant at Centro. You can take one home for a small donation! Bring ca$h for donations. Proceeds go to support our ongoing after-school tutoring program.

Join @Centro Latino Volunteers fb group. Sign up to volunteer during one of the shifts for this event:
12-3pm – Kitchen Crew: We’ll need 3-4 volunteers to make tamales and prep food for the meal. (Learn the tamal-making process with Gina!)
4-5pm – Set Up: 2-3 volunteers to set up all rooms for service and clean/tidy the dining room before dinner
5-8pm – Dinner is Served: 3-5 volunteers to serve the food, bus tables, and take orders/collect payments at register.
8-9pm – After Dinner: 1-2 volunteers to do dishes and clean up after the event.
